    There are no pictures provided on how to do the exercises. His description of some of the exercises are vague. The chart that shows how to break down the routines by day dont show up very well on Kindle. Save your money.

    I'd love to love this book

    I'd love to love this book, but I got stopped in the "nutrition" section. First the author states that vegans and vegetarians can't get enough protein in their diet to sustain muscle growth. Then he goes on to say "I haven't read of any successful vegan or vegetarian bodybuilder or strength athlete." . Get your google on, Mr. Obidoski. Start with Austin Aries, and Zak Covalcik, and go on from there. I found scores in a few seconds.
    Mr. Obidoski then goes on to bring up the "complete protein" myth. A "complete" food has all the essential amino acids (the amino acids that your body can't make. They must be found in the diet.) Besides the fact that soy beans are a complete protein, the entire concept of "complete protein" is a fallacy. True, if you only eat one food, you can get in trouble. But anyone who eats any reasonable diet excluding all animal products will have all the protein they need.
    Most unfortunate that the author holds forth on a topic he obviously knows nothing about, and did nothing to research before pontificating on it.

    A good introduction into the true meaning of isometrics. It explains how to do many exercises with and without equipment. The book really peaked my curiosity about it and now has me researching and developing a personal work out with many of the techniques, exercises, and methods I have learned from this book. This book is brief and does a great job of outlining what isometrics are and how to achieve these different methods.
